We do not sell or swap your details with any third parties, but in order to carry out our work we may need to pass your details to service companies authorised to act on our behalf.

Terms & Conditions

1. If you have purchased a Young Lives vs Cancer charity place, you may be required to complete a second stage of registration with the organisers. If this is the case, you will be notified by Young Lives vs Cancer via email. It is your responsibility to complete this second stage of registration. If you do not complete it by the given deadline then you will not be able to take part in the event and your registration fee will not be refunded.     

2. If you have purchased a Young Lives vs Cancer charity place in your event, you pledge to raise at least the minimum advertised sponsorship amount for the charity.

3.    You should send in your sponsorship to Young Lives vs Cancer within four weeks of your event date.

4.    You understand that Gift Aid is not counted towards your minimum sponsorship amount but does provide a vital boost in funds for Young Lives vs Cancer.

5.    You understand that any registration fee that you have paid to Young Lives vs Cancer to secure your guaranteed place in your event is non-refundable and only where possible is transferable for a maximum of one year.

6.    You will let Young Lives vs Cancer know as soon as possible if you are unable to participate in your chosen event.

7.    You will fundraise in accordance with guidance provided in Young Lives vs Cancer's fundraising guide and through legal methods only.

8.    You allow Young Lives vs Cancer to use any images, video or audio taken of you on your chosen race day to promote future events and activities.

9.    You agree and adhere to the terms and conditions set out by the event organiser for your chosen event.

10.    You understand that Young Lives vs Cancer does not accept any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage incurred during participation in your event.

11.  You will consult your doctor before taking part in the event if you have any concerns about your health or physical condition.

12.  You take part in your chosen event at your own risk.
