1.    You should send in your sponsorship to Young Lives vs Cancer within four weeks of your event date.

2.    You will let Young Lives vs Cancer know as soon as possible if you are unable to participate in your chosen event.

3.    You will fundraise in accordance with guidance provided in Young Lives vs Cancer's fundraising guide and through legal methods only.

4.    You allow Young Lives vs Cancer to use any images, video or audio taken of you on your chosen race day to promote future events and activities.

5.    You agree and adhere to the terms and conditions set out by the event organiser for your chosen event.

6.    You understand that Young Lives vs Cancer does not accept any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage incurred during participation in your event.

7.  You will consult your doctor before taking part in the event if you have any concerns about your health or physical condition.

8.  You take part in your chosen event at your own risk.
